Job DescriptionAssure quality, quantity timeliness of production maintenance, by coordinating the resources efforts needed - materials, machines, staffing, attention of management.Assure respect of applicable standards of quality, machine operation, incoming materials outgoing products.Coordinate audits, analyzes and interventions needed to continually improve process capability, availability, productivity.Coordinate shifts times off in a fair equitable manner.Maintain supplies required for routine operation.Conduct communications, safety, other team meetings as needed.Oversee Operators in carrying out of routine maintenance.Perform complex diagnostic work on processes, beyond scope of routine daily production concerns.
